February 2009 Report

Much is discussed in terms of "The Real Estate Market" and in many forms and fashions. In listening to the information that is provided by the broader media, I have found that they will highlight one area or another. Example: The real estate market is down 15%. Then it is followed by a smaller tagline of, homesales, or prices, or inventory. I have found that is the combination of all of these (along with many other particulars) that make up "The Real Estate Market". I have decided that I will provide some particulars in a group format for a much better and broader understanding of the local market.
